Quantity Surveyor | Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Key responsibilities — Quantity surveyor

1. Prepare cost estimates, BOQs and tender documents
2. Evaluate variations, claims and subcontractor payments
3. Conduct site measurements and valuations
4. Monitor project costs and cash flow
5. Assist in contract administration and final accounts
6. Prepare reports for management

Requirements — Quantity surveyor

1. Degree or HND in quantity surveying / construction economics or related field
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
3. Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software (e.g., AutoQ, QS Plus)
4. Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills
5. Full or associate membership of AIQS / IQSSL will be an added advantage

1. Diploma / higher diploma or degree in quantity surveying / construction economics or related field
2. 0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong academic background are encouraged to apply)
3. Good knowledge of MS Office
4. Willingness to learn and work in a team
