We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven reservations & sales executive to lead reservations and optimize sales performance through online travel agents (OTAs) and direct channels. This role is ideal for a passionate hospitality professional with strong expertise in luxury travel, online platforms, and high-end guest expectations.

Responsibilities

  1. Ensure all reservations SOPs and addendums are followed to maintain the higher standards / quality of brand.
  2. Be responsible for the sales hotline and handle guests sales & reservation inquiries efficiently whilst delivering a personalized service.
  3. Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and financial transactions.
  4. Maximize revenue by converting incoming inquiries whilst recognizing business prospects and opportunities to upsell hotel services.
  5. Liaise with hotel management and customers to coordinate corporate events and create and maintain professional relationships.
  6. Liaise with all departments to ensure the best service is provided to the customers.
  7. Analyze customer feedback from hotel guestbook and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings.
  8. Accountable to monitor and arrange the excursions, transport and tours based on guest’s requirement subject to the approval of authorized officers.
  9. Ensuring seamless flow of communications between and the hotel departments to ensure a satisfied stay for guests.
  10. Ensure a smooth and efficient running of the business.
  11. Deal with overseas agents/clients and meet their expectations.
  12. Preparation and costing of tour products and packages.
  13. Cultivate relationships with guests and travel agents to enhance loyalty and repeat bookings.

Requirements & qualifications

  1. Male/female in the age group of 25–30.
  2. A versatile individual who can perform with minimum supervision.
  3. A’ level qualified with excellent command of both, English (written and oral).
  4. 4 to 5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry is compulsory.
  5. Knowledge of a foreign language will be a distinct advantage.
  6. Knowledge in Microsoft Office and high computer literacy skills are compulsory.
  7. Strong communication and customer service skills, with an eye for detail.
