Logistics Officer

Premium Auto Parts (Pvt) Ltd, a leading company in the motor spare parts industry, is looking for a dynamic, organized, and results-oriented individual to join our team as a logistics officer.

The job

1. Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations.
2. Oversee warehouse operations, stock movements, audits, and documentation to ensure efficient storage and distribution.
3. Plan and coordinate deliveries, courier services, and route optimization to ensure timely and cost-effective order fulfillment.
4. Handle product returns, damaged goods, quality issues, and reverse logistics processes.
5. Supervise warehouse staff, manage operational resources, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
6. Monitor company vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and prepare logistics and inventory performance reports.

The person

1. Minimum G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) qualification.
2. Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management will be an added advantage.
3. Basic computer literacy (MS Office knowledge preferred).
4. Good communication and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
6. Valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
