Hotel Casamara in Kandy is seeking a talented & dynamic individual to steer the F & B department towards its true potential.

We are seeking an experienced, result oriented individual for the above vacancy.

Requirements

The applicants should have:

1. Diploma or equivalent from a recognized hotel school.
2. Ability and confidence to manage the F & B department.
3. The passion to deliver & achieve exceptional/ high service standards.
4. Be a leader and a good team player, pleasant and outgoing personality.
5. To have a good command in English, written & spoken.
6. At least 5 years experience in a similar capacity in a reputed star class hotel. Should have minimum of 10 years experience in the F & B department.
7. Excellent knowledge of F & B operations, ability to train staff and improve service standards.
8. Banquet experience is required.
9. Age below 50 years.
