Facilities Manager

We are looking for a qualified individual for the position of Facilities Manager at the Orchid Nivasie Housing Complex, Thalahena, Malabe.

Qualifications

Candidates with a minimum educational qualification of GCE Advanced Level (A/L), high school diploma, or equivalent are encouraged to apply. Applicants possessing an undergraduate degree, diploma, or professional qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline will have a distinct advantage.

Postgraduate qualifications, including graduate diplomas, master’s degrees, or specialized certifications in Facilities Management or related fields, will be considered an added advantage. Relevant training and practical experience in facilities management or associated areas are highly desirable.
