Procurement Officer

Key responsibilities

1. Handle all procurement activities including supplier sourcing, quotation evaluation, and purchase order preparation.
2. Maintain accurate records of material purchases and deliveries.
3. Manage the company store – including inventory control and stock level monitoring.
4. Coordinate with project and finance departments to ensure timely supply of materials.
5. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements

1. A diploma in logistics, supply chain management or procurement.
2. Minimum 01-year experience in a similar role.
3. Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
