Stores Executive

Key responsibilities

1. Maintain and monitor inventory levels of raw materials
2. Handle goods receiving, inspection, and storage
3. Issue materials to production as per requisitions
4. Maintain stock records using inventory management systems
5. Conduct regular stock counts and audits
6. Coordinate with procurement and production departments
7. Ensure proper warehouse organization and safety standards
8. Minimize stock losses, damages, and discrepancies

Requirements & qualifications

1. Diploma or degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in stores or warehouse management (manufacturing sector preferred)
3. Good knowledge of stock control procedures
4. Strong organizational and analytical skills
5. Strong communication & interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
