Job summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented professional to join our team as an assistant manager / senior executive. The ideal candidate will support departmental operations, coordinate with internal teams, manage reporting and administrative functions, and contribute to achieving organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing departmental activities
- Supervise daily operational tasks and ensure smooth workflow
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation
- Monitor KPIs and support management decision-making
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Train and guide junior staff when required
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices
Educational qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field
- Professional qualifications (CIMA, ACCA, CA etc.) will be an added advantage
- Senior executive: minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Assistant manager: minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience with supervisory exposure
Skills & competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team coordination abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
