Key Responsibilities

• Research and analysis on customer brand identity, consumer lifestyle, seasonal trends on silhouettes, key details, prints, graphics, embellishment & fabrics
• Managing the design process from concept to completion with design-driven innovation
• Preparation Of samples, Storyboards color boards, fabric trim booklets, market analysis boards & visual merchandising for customer visits, based on the requirement
• Convert concepts into detailed illustrations and generate tech packs with clear technical descriptions, material, print, and embellishment details to facilitate the handover of concepts to tech teams for sampling
• Collaborating with the product development team, enabling a productive risk analysis meeting in making sure the design intent is accurate & can be implemented in terms Of material, construction, print & embellishments
• Negotiating with suppliers & customers

Person Specifications

• Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Fashion Designing from a recognized university
• Minimum 01-year work experience in a similar capacity
• Highly creative, a strong eye for color & attention to detail
• Emphasis on technical design
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Proficiency in English is mandatory (written & spoken)
• Good team player & ability to multi-task
• Ability to meet deadlines & work under pressure
