Assistant Treasury Manager
The Rasawimana Group is a leading ISO 22000 and GMP-certified industrial catering company operating in multiple locations around Sri Lanka. We cater to over 30 locations around Sri Lanka, providing 50,000 meals per day.
Role
- Managing the organization’s bank relationships
- Managing liquidity through cash flow planning and forecasting
- Analyzing various scenarios and risks and reporting to senior management
- Forecasting of medium and long-term funding and hedging requirements
- Liaising with customers regarding debt collection
- Daily cash management
- Debt facilities management
- Restricted payment approval
- Interest rate risk management and development of risk mitigation strategies
- Preparing management reports
- Liaising with senior management across the organization
- Supporting the month-end process where necessary
- Liaising with secretaries regarding any documentation
- Managing customer agreements with timely renewals and revisions
Personal Profile
- Minimum qualification requirement — Full qualification in ACCA, CIMA, ACA or a Bachelor’s Degree in finance from a recognized institute.
- 74 years of work experience in accounting and finance in a leadership and management position (Preference for experience in Treasury function)
- Age between 30 — 40 years
- Strong understanding of financial markets, financial instruments, and debt instruments
- Knowledge of banking relationships and covenants
- Ability to work autonomously and be part of the broader team
- Appropriate handling of sensitive information and high level of attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages
