We are looking for a self-motivated, driven individual who has tested leadership skills, with 10 years of experience in hotel operations and pre-opening experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Project management of all pre-opening aspects
• Pre-opening coordination and management of processes
• Setting up SOP and standards to deliver Santani brand standards
• Hiring executive team and operations training
• Working with branding and marketing team on positioning hotel
• You will be based at the resort in Kahandamodara.
