Outlet Manager

Leads the team to ensure an exceptional experience for each customer by means of effective customer service, product quality maintenance, and adherence to the standard procedure while maximizing revenue.

Requirements:

• A/L Qualification
• Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management
• A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience at a hotel or restaurant is preferred (foreign exposure would be an added qualification)
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English. (Other language knowledge would be an added advantage)
