Cost Controller – Food & Beverage

Harpo’s Cafes & Restaurants is a hospitality company managing and operating 5 restaurants and Harpo’s pizza parlors.

We have the following vacancy for a dynamic individual with a focus on delivering quality service.

Duties: As Food and Beverage controller the primary responsibility is to calculate the cost of Food & Beverage items.

• Responsible for the short and long-term planning of the F & B pricing aspects
• Responsible to record information & produce control reports
• Periodically to help maintain suitable inventories of all the restaurants
• Ability to effectively control Food & Beverage costs. Also in terms of wastage, pilferage, and efficiency
