Billing cum Recovery Officer (Admin)

Mediccon Healthcare (Pvt) Ltd was established in 2011. Mainly involved in the Medical diagnostic sector in Sri Lanka. Currently dealing with world-renowned Medical diagnostic products, trusted by Healthcare professionals and Institutions Island wide.

We are currently seeking dynamic results-oriented young individuals to recruit for the above position immediately.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Billing and invoicing medical Diagnostic products According to the given guidelines
• Updating and Maintaining invoicing system and sales accurately
• Regular follow-ups on customer sales outstanding
• Responsible for debtors’ status and coordination with relevant sales account holders
• Preparation of outstanding related analysis and reports to the management within the given time frame
• Maintaining accurate records with the logistics division and courier divisions

Qualifications

• Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination in Mathematics / Commerce subjects will be an added advantage
• A diploma in Accounts or related subjects will be an added advantage
• Previous experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage

The Ideal Candidates should be

• Good Communicator in English & Sinhala Languages
• A male age below 40 years
• A person with analytical skills
• Possess a valid Riding / Driving license
