Accountant

LifeServ’ (Pvt) Ltd (a fully owned subsidiary of Sumathi Holdings (Pvt) Ltd), is on the lookout for motivated, competent, and result-oriented individuals to join their team as Accountant. 

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the Entire financial function of the Company
• Preparation of monthly management accounts, and annual financial statements including a budget, forecasts, and special financial reports
• Analyzing the date and recommending initiatives for continuous process improvement to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the existing operations
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to support business decisions
• Monitor and maintain financial and internal controls procedures, highlighting any area for improvements, recommending changes and implementing for smooth operation
• Assisting the management with key strategic decisions and formulating business strategies
• Leverage the strength of the finance team members by providing clarity on the roles and responsibilities, guiding and developing their competencies to help them reach optimal and organizational goals
• Liaise with Financial institutions, auditors, tax consultants, and other Authorities
• Optimizing the effective use of working capital ensures effective management systems and financial planning
• Maintains a high level of integrity

Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• A member of CA/CIMA/ ACCA with a degree in Finance/ Accounting or Business Management from a recognized university is preferred
• Minimum of 05 years post qualifying experience in a similar capacity in a medium/large scale business environment
• Hands-on experience in accounting software
• Proficient in MS Office applications, data analysis tools, and other accounting tools
• Flexible, dynamic, well organized and engaging with strong interpersonal skills & excellent communication skills
• Age below 45 Years
