We are on the lookout for an internationally exposed, dynamic individual, with a proven track record, to take over the management of our Flagship Store. The right person will possess the drive, attitude & engagement necessary to ensure this multi-purpose facility is managed to the highest standards.

Required

• 5-7 years of international experience, managing upscale, casual dining operation
• Ability to manage the location P&L
• Handling of planning procurement, recruitment & training operations & MIS systems
• Ability to deliver the required service standards to all stakeholders
• Ability to work flexible hours, as needed
