Candidate Profile

• A natural passion to deliver exceptional guest service and service quality
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar capacity in a star-class hotel
• A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and flexibility to adapt to extreme situations
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment to build relationships across all levels
