QA Automation Engineer

Pyxeda is looking for a stellar QA Automation Engineer. This individual will be responsible for testing the core features in Pyxeda’s SaaS product and will develop code that verifies the high quality of the Pyxeda offering for the state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence products used in enterprises today (examples – AWS Sagemaker, TensorFlow, Google Cloud AutoML, Spark, Dask, etc.). 

Work responsibilities will include collaboration with both Sri Lanka and US engineering teams. The individual will also assist and participate in our developer training programs.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in CS or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in production software quality assurance
• Proficient in Python and SQL 
• Experience with using Cloud Services (such as AWS, GCP) and Cloud APIs is a plus 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Experience with software test automation best practices, reading requirements, implementing to schedule, participating in code reviews, performing unit testing, etc.
