RPA support analyst
Are you an IT graduate who notices the details others miss? We’re looking for someone to keep our automation ecosystem healthy — no deep RPA experience required. Just a sharp eye, a fast learning curve, and genuine curiosity about how bots work.
What we do
Innobot health automates healthcare revenue cycle workflows — claims processing, billing, prior authorisation — using UiPath bots and Python scripts. When they run well, operations flow smoothly. When they don’t, that’s where you come in.
Responsibilities
- Monitor UiPath orchestrator queues and Python bot execution logs daily.
- Catch failures early — triage, document the exception type, and escalate with clarity.
- Maintain monitoring logs and generate weekly performance reports.
- Coordinate with RPA developers, managers, leads on issue resolution and re-run verification.
- Keep Monday.com boards updated with real-time bot status and ticket notes.
- Support QA audits with orchestrator run logs and evidence screenshots.
- Handle all process data in line with HIPAA compliance requirements.
Requirements
Must have:
- IT / CS degree or diploma.
- Basic Python — read a script, understand an error.
- Aware of RPA concepts (bots, queues, exceptions).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Fast learner who asks good questions.
- Clear written communication.
- Comfortable with Excel for logs and reports.
Great to have:
- UiPath studio / orchestrator exposure.
- Python scripting for automation tasks.
- Healthcare RCM terminology (EDI 837/835, claims).
- Monday.com, Jira, or ServiceNow experience.
- HIPAA awareness.
Benefits
This is a structured launchpad into RPA delivery — not just a monitoring seat. Within your first year:
- Full UiPath + Python bot lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, monitor.
- Healthcare RCM domain knowledge — claims, billing, prior auth, remittance.
- QA audit frameworks and process documentation skills.
- Clear path toward RPA developer, QA analyst, or operations analyst.
