RPA support analyst

Are you an IT graduate who notices the details others miss? We’re looking for someone to keep our automation ecosystem healthy — no deep RPA experience required. Just a sharp eye, a fast learning curve, and genuine curiosity about how bots work.

What we do

Innobot health automates healthcare revenue cycle workflows — claims processing, billing, prior authorisation — using UiPath bots and Python scripts. When they run well, operations flow smoothly. When they don’t, that’s where you come in.

Responsibilities

1. Monitor UiPath orchestrator queues and Python bot execution logs daily.
2. Catch failures early — triage, document the exception type, and escalate with clarity.
3. Maintain monitoring logs and generate weekly performance reports.
4. Coordinate with RPA developers, managers, leads on issue resolution and re-run verification.
5. Keep Monday.com boards updated with real-time bot status and ticket notes.
6. Support QA audits with orchestrator run logs and evidence screenshots.
7. Handle all process data in line with HIPAA compliance requirements.

Requirements

Must have:

1. IT / CS degree or diploma.
2. Basic Python — read a script, understand an error.
3. Aware of RPA concepts (bots, queues, exceptions).
4. Exceptional attention to detail.
5. Fast learner who asks good questions.
6. Clear written communication.
7. Comfortable with Excel for logs and reports.

Great to have:

1. UiPath studio / orchestrator exposure.
2. Python scripting for automation tasks.
3. Healthcare RCM terminology (EDI 837/835, claims).
4. Monday.com, Jira, or ServiceNow experience.
5. HIPAA awareness.
