Our newest Fast Food restaurant venture is “POPEYES”. We are hoping to recruit talented, competent people for the below designation to Delifrance Team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
• Ensure all menu items are prepared to standard and deliver to the highest customer expectation
• Manage and develop all back-of-house kitchen staff
• Ensure workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment 
• Ensure a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Manage stocks/margins of menu items sole

Requirements

• Prior experience working as a Demi Chef or Chef De Partie is compulsory
• Demonstrated ability of leadership 
• More than 6 years of experience in the industry 
• A diploma from a Hotel school will be an advantage
