Macbertan (Pvt) Limited is a subsidiary Company of McLarens Holdings Limited which pioneers in Manufacturing EPE Foam Products in Sri Lanka, To sustain and support our growth plans, we are currently looking for a competent & dynamic candidate for the Product Innovation division

THE JOB ROLE

• Responsible for leading the organization in research for new products, product enhancements, and product redesign to gain a competitive advantage.
• Recognize global new requirements and innovative global solutions and launch innovative products for the market in concert with customer needs and business model to support the overall marketing strategy of the organization
• Ensure that necessary steps are being taken to provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term strategies to bring out the best results for the business,
• Research & understands technology innovations and applies same to different product development and manufacturing teams.
• Conduct collaborative technology and product development with internal and external technology partners.
• Consistently communicate with the team on the appropriate solution and value proposition to drive objective delivery in a timely & compelling manner.

ELIGIBILITY CRITIRIAS

• The ideal candidate should be Professionally qualified in Chemical / Process Engineering / Material Science or Mechanical Engineering with a flair to understand customer/market demands and trends.
• Should possess strong communication skills and the ability to work with different levels of employees & stakeholders.
• Work experience in Product Innovation/development in the manufacturing environment will have an added advantage.
• The selected candidate will be based at our Factory in Ja-EIa.
