Associate Product Manager
Emageia is a tech company based in Sri Lanka and Australia, and is a part of Ekta Global, a Singapore based life cycle solutions provider to fintech, e-commerce, and digital transformation industries. Emageia builds cutting-edge web, desktop & mobile applications and provides managed IT service and cloud-hosted solutions for clients across the globe.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
■ Collecting quantitative product data and metrics through market research.
■ Creating and updating product roadmaps throughout the product life cycle and make it available for decision makers.
■ Gathering product requirements and aligning them with business goals.
■ Coordinating with stakeholders to achieve the product vision.
■ Working on developing product strategies.
■ Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience.
■ Perform gook, assurance controls on products.
■ Coordinating with engineering department to deliver functional solutions.
■ Create support and training documents for internal and external users.
■ Coordinating with marketing, sales and support teams to maintain the quality of the pre and post sales activities.
Skills Required
■ BSc in Business Administration, Marketing or similar field.
■ Previous work experience as an Associate Product Manager, Product Marketing, Manager or similar role.
■ Experience managing entre product lifecycle.
■ Farmiliartty with market research, consumers’ behavior and marketing techniques.
■ Knowledge of project management tools like Jira.
■ Strong Time management skills, Analytical skills and Decision-making skills.
■ Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
