We are looking for an energetic and dynamic individual to join Marvel Icon. Ideal candidates should be result-oriented team player with proven people skill, effective communication, analytical thinking and thriving for excellence and quality.

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Job Role

• Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills and accounts payable and receivable
• Preparing projects cash request
• Recording projects expenses and ensuring theses expenses are within budget
• Managing day to day financial transactions
• Updating site staff attendance and preparing staff salary
• Entering financial information to accounting software
• Handling petty cash and updating records
• Preparing bank reconciliation

Candidate Profile

• Completed a Degree, Higher Diploma, CA, AAT or professional qualification in relevant field

• Having Work Experience in 2 years and similar background would be an added advantage
• Should be competent in using MS office and accounting software
