Social Media Executive
We are an organization with 3 decades of expertise in the manufacture of high quality custom made solid wood furniture ranging from Kitchen Cabinetry, (Pantry Cupboards) Wardrobes, Outdoor Furniture, Home & office interiors. With the expansion of our production facilities, and the market demand, we require energetic and enthusiastic sales personnel to fill the following vacancies.
JOB ROLE
Manages all social media channels and campaigns ensuring audiences are engaged and to increase audience satisfaction. Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees all company social media accounts management
- Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
- Analyzing social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
- Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
- Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
- Interacting and providing information with prospective customers through the social media channels and forwarding the relevant details to sales team for follow up.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Marketing or Social Media or proven experience backed by references
- Good Knowledge of Social Media Platforms,
- Web Proficiency,
- Computer Software Proficiency,
- Copywriting & Content Creation,
- Proofreading and Editing Skills,
- Customer Service Skills
