Visiting Lecturer – UoL Bsc Capstone Project Module
We are seeking an experienced academic to lead the Capstone Project Module for the University of London BSC Professional Accountancy programme. This applied, project-based module integrates research methods, data analysis, financial/business analysis, and strategic thinking in a professional context.
Key responsibilities
- Support students via structured workshops, project supervision, and progress reviews.
- Guide students in research methodology, data analysis, and business/strategic planning within finance.
- Evaluate drafts and provide timely, structured, and actionable academic feedback.
- Maintain academic standards to ensure alignment with University of London requirements.
Candidate profile
- Proven track record teaching research methods (business/finance) and business/strategic planning (critical requirement).
- Master’s degree (English-taught) or a level 7 professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, etc.).
- Strong background teaching, supervising, and assessing business research or project modules at degree level.
- Excellent English communication skills with a history of steering student research to completion.
