UX Designer/Developer

We are looking for a talented UX Designer/Developer to join our team. You will work collaboratively with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to design, prototype and implement clean, intuitive user experiences for our mobile and web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Produce user flows, wireframes, mockups and high-fidelity designs for mobile and web applications using Figma
• Develop clickable prototypes to demonstrate user flow and interactions
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform Us decisions
• Partner with engineering team to implement pixel-perfect, polished UI interfaces in Flutter
• Rapidly iterate on designs based on user feedback and changing requirements
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to constantly improve UX
• Drive consistency and best practices in UX across web, iOS and Android
• Stay up to date on the latest Ul/UX trends, patterns and technologies

Requirements:

Ideal candidates will also have:

• Experience conducting user research and A/B testing
• Data-driven approach backed by analytics and experiments
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integration with back-end systems
• Animation/motion design skills Bachelor’s degree in IT, HCI, Design or equivalent field
