Creeper Trainee

We seek to train and develop a young energetic individual who would want to become a tea planter

Qualifications

• Completed G.C.E (A/ L) with passes in three subjects.
• Between 20 – 30 years of age candidates are preferable.
• Relevant professional qualifications will be an advantage.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Willingness to learn quickly and team player.
• An innovative and energetic personality
• Ability to work independently.

Terms and Conditions

• Training will be for a period of 06 months, during which period the trainee will have to find their own accommodation, and they will
  be assisted by us to find reasonable accommodation with food & lodging in the vicinity.
• All trainees will be assessed for competency levels through an examination consistency of written papers, voice sessions, and practical exercises.
• Trainees will be awarded a certificate that would enable them to seek employment in a company of their choice.
