Assistant Manager – Sales

We are now on the lookout for an energetic & dynamic candidate to join our Sales Team.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying the students’ needs, matching them with the tutor profiles, and assigning tutors for trials accordingly
• Finding your own leads and making outbound calls to prospects
• Responding to incoming leads with an aim to convert them to positive sales
• Handling inbound calls, chat inquiries, and emails in a professional manner
• Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery
• Escalating customer feedback as required to the relevant teams

Ideal Profile:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving targets
• Prior experience in a sales-related role, teaching or ideally within the
• The education/ Tech industry will be an added advantage
• Understanding international curriculums is a strong plus
