Territory Sales Manager
We are a leading FMCG company with a strong presence across Sri Lanka, offering trusted household and personal care products. As part of our continued growth and expanding distribution network, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our sales team and contribute to achieving our business objectives.
Job responsibilities
- Drive and manage the sales team to achieve sales value and maintain distribution targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Manage distributors effectively to achieve sales and distribution objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from dealers and distributors
- Monitor and manage distributor pipeline and inventory levels
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity in FMCG
- GCE A/L qualification
- Professional qualification in sales would be an advantage
- Should have excellent interpersonal skills
- Be below the age of 35 years
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
