Production Assistant

Swisstek (Ceylon) PLC is a member of the LANKA WALL TILES and ROYAL CERAMIC Group of Companies. The company is a leading manufacturer of Tile Mortar, Tile Grout, Skim Coat, and Decorative Pebbles under the SWISSTEK brand and the pioneer wooden flooring Company in Sri Lanka. Applications from suitable candidates will be entertained to fill the following vacancies that exist in our organization.

Basic requirements of Applicant:

• Age- Below 30 Years
• Academic Qualifications- G.C.E. A/L qualifications in Maths, Science, or Commerce stream
• Professional Qualifications- Relevant Diploma or certificate Course from a recognized institute
• Experience- Preferably a minimum of 1 or 2 years experience in a similar capacity

Other Skills

• Good communication skills in the English language
• Sound knowledge of MS Office package
• Positive Outlook comprising leadership skills
• Ability to work extra hours when necessary
• Shoüld be a practical person with the ability to work independently
• Shoüld is a good team player
• The ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to handle allocated workforce to get maximum output
