Supervisor – Production (Organic)

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented supervisor – production (organic) to support the day-to-day operations of our organic supply chain. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and passionate about sustainable practices, ensuring that our organic operations run efficiently and remain fully compliant with certification standards.

Key responsibilities

1. Supervise factory workers and manage daily production activities.
2. Ensure products are dispatched on time according to delivery schedules.
3. Monitor production processes and improve efficiency where possible.
4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
5. Assist with audits, inspections, and organic certification requirements.
6. Maintain proper production and traceability records.

Requirements

1. Minimum qualification: Successfully passed the G.C.E. (A/L) examination.
2. Minimum 6 months’ experience in organic production or organic operations (mandatory).
3. Basic knowledge of organic standards (EU, USDA, or local certifications) is an advantage.
4. Good communication and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
