Key responsibilities and duties

• Supervise daily operations of farm shops and ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage and motivate farm shop staff to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor stock levels, product displays, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with production and FG teams to ensure product availability.
• Handle cash management, daily sales reporting, and banking procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards within the shop.
• Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly.

Qualifications and experience

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in business management, marketing management or a related field.
• Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in retail, supermarket, farm shop, or FMCG operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and sales reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.
