Student Enrollment Executive (Business School)

Key responsibilities

1. Implement effective enrolment strategies to achieve annual student intake and programme revenue targets.
2. Guide students on the enrolment process, including registration for lectures and completion of all administrative requirements.
3. Consistently meet or exceed enrolment and revenue targets.
4. Conduct market research and data analysis to identify and target prospective student segments.
5. Lead and oversee the end-to-end student registration process, ensuring a smooth and efficient enrolment experience across all programmes.
6. Provide prospective students with the highest level of customer service.

Qualifications and skills

1. A degree in management from a recognised educational institution or an equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum of two years’ work experience in a similar capacity.
3. Previous experience in student management and student counselling will be an added advantage.
4. Be sales-minded, self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about sales and marketing.
5. Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly in both spoken and written English and Sinhala.
6. Ability to work under minimum supervision and under pressure.
7. Be a good team player.
