Training & Development Executive

Job Responsibilities
  • Playing a supporting role in rolling out learning and development initiatives of the organization.
  • Source training facilitators/programs as per the organizational requirements.
  • Coordinate company-wide training programs by providing required logistics, resources, etc.
  • Evaluate training feedback in order to monitor necessary changes and evaluate the ROI of Training.
  • Gather, analyze and present information required for the decision-making of the management.
  • Design and implement employee engagement activities.
Job Requirements:
  • Academic Qualification: O/L and A/L / Diploma or Following a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala and Tamil.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools (Especially Excel) and Google Applications.
  • Good Marketing and Presentation skills.
  • A minimum of 1 year work experience in executive or similar capacity.
  • Willing to take part and travel island-wide to conduct Training programs.
  • Ability to work independently and focus on entire company Training programs.
  • Age between 20 – 30 years.
