Training & Development Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Playing a supporting role in rolling out learning and development initiatives of the organization.
- Source training facilitators/programs as per the organizational requirements.
- Coordinate company-wide training programs by providing required logistics, resources, etc.
- Evaluate training feedback in order to monitor necessary changes and evaluate the ROI of Training.
- Gather, analyze and present information required for the decision-making of the management.
- Design and implement employee engagement activities.
Job Requirements:
- Academic Qualification: O/L and A/L / Diploma or Following a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala and Tamil.
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools (Especially Excel) and Google Applications.
- Good Marketing and Presentation skills.
- A minimum of 1 year work experience in executive or similar capacity.
- Willing to take part and travel island-wide to conduct Training programs.
- Ability to work independently and focus on entire company Training programs.
- Age between 20 – 30 years.
