Senior Staff Officer – Marketing

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated senior staff officer marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing BTL activities while supporting business growth.

Marketing responsibilities

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate and support the implementation of below-the-line (BTL) activations and events.
• Assist in organizing, coordinating, and promoting corporate and marketing events.
• Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and agencies for marketing materials and related requirements.
• Coordinate sponsorships, partnerships, and other marketing collaborations.
• Coordinate network-wide branch branding and promotional activities to ensure consistency with company brand guidelines.
• Support the development and distribution of marketing and promotional materials.
• Follow up on marketing activities to ensure timely execution.

Administration & coordination

• Carry out marketing-related administrative and coordination functions.
• Coordinate with internal departments and branches to facilitate the smooth implementation of marketing initiatives.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing department as required.

Required skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing.
• Freshers will be considered for an entry level role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and CRM tools (preferred).
