Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Develop and manage corporate and fleet customer accounts.
- Promote service, mechanical, and bodyshopsolutions to individual and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed jobs.
- Follow up submitted quotations for service and repair work.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Promote service campaigns, offers, and seasonal promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and sales activities.
- Submit monthly sales reports to management.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in business management, marketing, or automobile engineering.
- Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in automobile industry. (service or sales preferred)
- Experience in handling corporate clients is an advantage.
- Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
