Key responsibilities and duties
- Promote and sell TEJC mango products to wholesalers, retailers, and institutional customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Collect daily orders and ensure timely delivery coordination with the distribution team
- Achieve assigned sales targets and volume objectives
- Monitor market prices, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Ensure proper product display, handling, and freshness at customer outlets
- Coordinate with store, transport, and QA teams to ensure quality delivery
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
- Collect payments as per company credit policy and submit records on time
- Maintain accurate sales, collection, and route records
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports to management
Qualifications and experience
- G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualification
- Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in sales or distribution (fresh fruits / FMCG experience is an added advantage)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Valid motorcycle or vehicle license preferred
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within assigned areas
