Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive business growth across Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing high-performing sales teams, expanding market presence, and achieving ambitious revenue targets while strengthening customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute daily production schedules to meet targets.
- Supervise floor operations to ensure maximum productivity and minimal wastage.
- Monitor product quality at every stage to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Manage and lead the production team, ensuring a safe and disciplined work environment.
- Maintain accurate production records, inventory logs, and efficiency reports.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics to ensure smooth material flow.
Key requirements & qualifications
- G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification is required. A professional qualification in sales or marketing will be an added advantage.
- 8–10 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG sector, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully leading sales teams.
