Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented sales manager to lead and grow our sales operations and expand customer base.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
2. Manage and expand customer relationships.
3. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
4. Monitor market trends and activity.
5. Coordinate with production and dispatch teams.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years experience in sales/marketing (packaging industry preferred).
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
5. Good computer literacy.
