Samagi Spice Exports (Pvt) Ltd is a leading Sri Lankan exporter and distributor of premium Ceylon spices, and the proud owner of the SPICEUP brand — a premium spice and wellness label gaining rapid momentum across modern retail channels nationwide.

As we expand our beverage category under the SPICEUP brand, we are looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives to strengthen our General Trade presence across the Western and Southern Provinces. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing FMCG beverage portfolio and play a key role in bringing our products to retail shelves island-wide.

Key responsibilities

1. Manage and grow an assigned sales route within the Western or Southern Province, covering retail outlets, wholesalers and distributors.
2. Identify and onboard new retail outlets to expand market reach and product availability.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners, retailers and distributors to ensure repeat business.
4. Ensure proper product display, shelf visibility and stock rotation at point of sale.
5. Ensure timely collections and maintain accurate daily/weekly sales and route reports.

Applicant profile

1. Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the FMCG / beverage industry, preferably in general trade.
2. Knowledge of the assigned sales territory (Western or Southern Province) and its trade network.
3. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
4. Interpersonal and negotiation skills to build lasting trade relationships.
5. Passed G.C.E. A/L; a certificate or diploma in sales & marketing will be an added advantage.
6. Energetic, self-motivated and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
