Plantation Manager / Field Officer / Field Supervisor

We are looking for suitable candidates to fill the below positions in our fruit cultivation projects.

Plantation Manager

• Agriculture Degree/ Diploma or similar qualification obtained from a recognized university/institution
• Minimum 3 years post qualifying experience in a similar capacity
• Should have good knowledge of plantation management, documentation, monitoring and
  operational process
• Experience in mango planting, and fruit cultivation will be an added advantage
• Should have proven capable of planning, HR practices, and labor management

Field Officer

• Agriculture Degree/ Diploma or similar qualification obtained from a recognized university/institution
• Age below 30 years
• Ability to work in collaboration with multiple teams.
• Experience in fruit cultivation will be an added advantage
• An excellent record of extra-curricular activities will be considered favorable.

Field Supervisor

• Should have a Diploma/Certificate or equal qualification in Agriculture will be an added advantage
• Age below 25 years
• Ability to work in collaboration with multiple teams.
• Work experience will be an added advantage
• An excellent record of extra-curricular activities will be considered favorable.

The ideal candidate should

• Be punctual, energetic, hardworking & be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Be self—motivated with the ability to work with co-workers.
