Key responsibilities

1. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and repeat business
2. Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers in selecting the right products
3. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute towards showroom performance goals
4. Maintain and expand the customer database through active engagement and follow-ups.
5. Operate POS/ERP systems and maintain accurate transaction records
6. Assist with day-to-day showroom operations and merchandising activities
7. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve company objectives

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in sales with a track record of achieving targets.
2. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the fashion industry, will be an added advantage
3. Good understanding of POS and ERP systems with strong computer literacy
4. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English will be an added advantage
6. Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and reliability in all aspects of work
7. Exposure to AI-powered design visualization tools will be considered an added advantage
