Regional Sales Manager Western Province

Key responsibilities

  1. Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all sales operations within the assigned region, ensuring alignment with organizational revenue objectives and growth targets.
  2. Achieve monthly regional sales targets and ensure consistent performance across all locations.
  3. Drive, motivate, and support the regional sales team to meet or exceed individual and collective sales goals.
  4. Lead, mentor, and evaluate sales teams, including recruitment, training, and performance management of sales managers and representatives.
  5. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and senior leadership teams on regional initiatives, promotions, and product launches.

Professional experience

  1. Minimum 4-6 years of progressive sales experience in the FMCG industry, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-territory leadership role.
  2. Proven track record of achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in fast-paced markets.
  3. Experience in executing route-to-market strategies, trade marketing activities, and retail visibility programs.
  4. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and execute plans with precision. Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
