Regional Sales & Business Development Manager

Diplo Pharma International, a leading pharmaceutical company committed to providing a range of Sri Lankan manufactured quality cosmetics, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales and Business Development Manager to lead a team of medical delegates and expand our business in the assigned region.

Responsibilities

2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and business objectives.

4. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of medical delegates.
5. n
6. Find new business opportunities to expand the business.
7. n
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors.
9. n
10. Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
11. n
12. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, and conduct ethical marketing practices.
13. n
14. Conduct performance evaluations.
15. n

Requirements

n

1. n
2. Bachelor’s degree preferably in pharmacy or life sciences.
3. n
4. Post graduate qualification in management/ business administration.
5. n
6. 5–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial position.

8. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
9. n
10. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
11. n
12. Strong understanding of domestic pharmaceutical market dynamics.
13. n
14. Valid driving license.
15. n
16. To be based in the Western Province.

18. Age: 30 – 40 years.
