Key responsibilities
- Oversee and lead the sales operations across multiple regions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Drive sales growth and achieve regional sales targets.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate Area Sales Managers and their teams.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar Regional Manager role in the FMCG sector.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and analytical skills.
