Promotion officer

We are a packaging, interior solutions, and furniture manufacturing company seeking a dynamic, energetic, and target oriented business promotion officer to support the growth of our business in both local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company’s products and services in local and international markets.
• Identify potential customers and generate new business leads.
• Conduct market research to identify new customers, markets, trends, and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Carry out promotional activities through digital platforms, social media, online marketing, exhibitions, trade fairs, and direct customer visits.
• Arrange meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and business discussions with prospective customers.
• Follow up on inquiries, leads, quotations, and potential business opportunities.
• Support the development of international markets and overseas customer networks.
• Visit local customers and business partners to promote the company’s products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer contacts, leads, inquiries, and promotional activities.
• Work closely with the sales and management teams to convert promotional activities into business opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on promotional activities, leads, customer feedback, and market.

Qualifications

• Degree in management, marketing or a related field.
• Diploma or professional qualification related to artificial intelligence or AI-based applications will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business promotion, marketing, sales, business development, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of local and international marketing.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing, social media and online customer engagement.
• Experience in the packaging industry & interior solutions field will be an added advantage.
• Experience dealing with packaging products, interior products, architects, designers, contractors, or related businesses will be an added advantage.
