About the company

As an international company with locations in Germany, Sri Lanka, USA and India we are developing and producing high sophisticated stamping, injection molding, hybrid and system parts for customers in different industries across the globe. We are continuously expanding and therefore we are looking for highly qualified and motivated employees with strong personalities willing to be a part of the continuous growth of Kramski group.

Your tasks

• Produce components as per the required quality efficiently whilst achieving target times.
• Operate assigned machinery and equipment according to the process steps.
• Inspect materials and products to identify any defect or malfunctions.
• Highlight any bottlenecks in machinery, equipment or process and contribute to implementing necessary corrective actions.
• Carry out machine cleaning procedures and basic maintenance on machinery according to machine manufacturer recommendations.
• Dispatch waste materials in compliance to waste management process.
• Update and record production related information.

Your profile

• G.C.E. Ordinary/Advance level education.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings.
• Ability to handle measuring equipment (e.g. micrometer, caliper, height gauge etc.).
• Ability to read and converse in basic English.
• Potential to learn on the job.
• Ability to undertake physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to work in teams.
• Ability to demonstrate responsibility in tasks.
