Production Executive

We are seeking a motivated and performance-driven individual to support our manufacturing operations and contribute to the production of high-quality specialty tires. Duties and responsibilities

1. Oversee manufacturing process in plant on assigned shift.
2. Implement management decisions according to instructions.
3. Maintain shift-wise production records for both plant shifts.
4. Follow technical instructions provided by R&D.
5. Ensure daily compound procurement from STM meets production requirements.
6. Maintain records of finished goods, compound, employees and process control data.
7. Analyse quality data to take corrective actions and meet product quality standards.
8. Participate in monthly stock reconciliation and finish goods production.
9. Maintain machinery for uninterrupted tire production.
10. Identify training needs and coordinate programs with SOM & HR departments.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in tire manufacturing in Sri Lanka or overseas.
2. Should have qualification in NDT/ BSC graduate, qualification in polymer studies.
3. Should be computer literate with a good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, internet and email.
4. Good communication skills and having the right direction for the subordinate staff is important.
5. Should have very good planning and organizing skills.
6. Should be a male below 40 years.
