Job Profile

The chosen candidate is in charge of enhancing the business activities through developing sales strategies that comply with the customer’s requirements. You will lead our marketing campaigns to promote our brand name among the customers. Functionally, you will report to the Chief Executive Officer. An appropriate candidate’s job profile includes:
l) Contributing to the development of marketing strategies
2) Designing and implementing marketing plans to enhance the company’s business volume.
3) Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
4) Creating and presenting sales performance reports.

Personal Profile

• Professionally qualified by the Chartered Institute of Marketing. (CIM)
• Age between 30 to 40 years
• A minimum of eight years Working experience in a real estate organization as an Assistant Manager Marketing/Senior Executive Marketing
• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques
• High-level of communication and networking skills
• An attractive salary is negotiable for the selected candidate
