Performance marketing lead

We’re looking for a hands-on performance marketing lead to own paid acquisition across Google and Meta and help drive growth in the US restaurant technology market.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google ads and Meta campaigns.
- Develop testing strategies to improve lead volume and quality.
- Work closely with sales to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign data and identify growth opportunities.
- Improve attribution and reporting across ads, GA4, and CRM systems.
- Explore and test new acquisition channels when appropriate.
Requirements
- 4+ years of performance marketing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google ads and Meta ads.
- Experience generating leads for B2B, SaaS, or SMB-focused businesses.
- Comfortable working with GA4, conversion tracking, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI.
Qualifications
- SaaS or restaurant technology experience.
- CRM reporting experience.
- Experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows.
