Performance marketing lead

We’re looking for a hands-on performance marketing lead to own paid acquisition across Google and Meta and help drive growth in the US restaurant technology market.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage and optimize Google ads and Meta campaigns.
  2. Develop testing strategies to improve lead volume and quality.
  3. Work closely with sales to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
  4. Analyze campaign data and identify growth opportunities.
  5. Improve attribution and reporting across ads, GA4, and CRM systems.
  6. Explore and test new acquisition channels when appropriate.

Requirements

  1. 4+ years of performance marketing experience.
  2. Strong hands-on experience with Google ads and Meta ads.
  3. Experience generating leads for B2B, SaaS, or SMB-focused businesses.
  4. Comfortable working with GA4, conversion tracking, and reporting.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI.

Qualifications

  1. SaaS or restaurant technology experience.
  2. CRM reporting experience.
  3. Experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows.
